SHOPPING SPREE GIVEAWAY CONTEST
PARIS, FRANCE, LONDON, ENGLAND, NEW YORK CITY, USA.
RULES/REGULATIONS/HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form, available through Kingsway’s direct mail piece, Edmonton Journal newspaper ads, promotional flyer or entry forms located at the Guest Services kiosk, Kingsway, main-west entrance. Entry forms can also be printed from Kingsway’s web site home page. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received during Kingsway’s “Radiant Reveal”, either on Friday, November 13 (mall hours, 10 am – 9 pm), Saturday, November 14 (mall hours 9:30 am – 9 pm) OR Sunday, November 15 (mall hours 11 am – 6 pm). Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Kingsway is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, on-line (electronically) or courier will not be accepted.
All entries must be personally entered into the official draw barrel, located on the second level, in front of Le Chateau.
Three trips in total will be awarded (to three separate winners.) Draws to be made 2 pm, Tuesday, November 17, 2009, Kingsway Mall boardroom.

CONTEST RULES:

  1. The contest is open to Canadian citizens of age of majority residing in Alberta. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Oxford Properties Group, Kingsway Mall and all their tenants, (including Sears, Kingsway) its contest sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
  2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
  3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
  4. By claiming the prize, the winners authorize the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Kingsway Mall may deem appropriate.
  5. In accepting the prize, the winners, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Kingsway Garden Holdings Inc., and OPGI Management GP Inc. as general partner of the OPGI Management Limited Partnership, Kingsway’s Tenants’-Owner’s Association, Sears Travel, may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
  6. The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
  7. Prize values are available upon request. Approximate value of prizes vary.
  8. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Kingsway Mall acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
  9. Kingsway Mall and Sears Travel retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
  10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
  11. Kingsway Mall reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
  12. Accommodation, unless otherwise stated, is double-occupancy accommodation in a 4-star hotel. The prize involves travel and the winner (s) and travel companion must agree to the airline's Terms and Conditions of travel. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. Extensions will be permitted at the discretion of Sears Travel only (and at the winners cost), and any unused travel will be forfeited. Winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to the Destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period, including passports. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used.

TRIP DETAILS (and drawn in this order).

TRIP #1: LONDON, ENGLAND:
Edmonton to London Gatwick, 7 nights. Travel must be between May 4 and June 20, 2010. Four-star accommodation, (Hotel: Kensington Close). Hotel transfers and breakfasts included. (Kingsway Mall to provide $2,000 USD to cover incidentals and “shopping spree.”)

TRIP #2: PARIS, FRANCE:
Calgary to Paris, 7 nights. Travel must be between May 20 and June 20, 2010. Four-star accommodation, (Hotel: Hotel Opera du Noailles). Hotel transfers and breakfasts included. (Kingsway Mall to provide $2,000 USD to cover incidentals and “shopping spree.”)

TRIP #3: NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, USA
Edmonton to New York, 2 nights. Travel must be between May 4 and June 20, 2010. Four-star accommodation, (Hotel to be determined). No transfers or breakfasts included. (Kingsway Mall to provide $2,000 USD to cover incidentals and “shopping spree.”)            
 

  1. One entry per person, per day.
  2. By entering this contest, entrants acknowledge these Rules/Regulations and agree to abide by them.
  3. All entries become the property of Kingsway Mall. No entries will be returned. Any/all entry information will be used for Marketing Research purposes. Any/all e-club information will be input into our database as if provided.  (It’s assumed we have the entrant’s permission.)
  4. No correspondence will be entered into with the entrants.
  5. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
